- Under Safe senders and domains, add the sender’s email.

1. Mark the Email as “Not Spam”
Every email service has this option:

This is the strongest signal.
📌 3. Create a Filter / Rule
Tell your email service to ALWAYS keep it in your inbox.
Gmail
Outlook
Yahoo
📌 4. Check for “Promotions” or “Updates” (Gmail Only)
Sometimes the email isn’t in spam — it’s in another tab.
1. Mark the Email as “Not Spam”
Every email service has this option:
- Go to your Spam/Junk folder
- Open the email you want
- Click “Not spam”, “Move to Inbox”, or “Report as not junk”
📌 2. Add the Sender to Your Contacts
This is the strongest signal.
- Add the sender’s full email to your Contacts or Address Book
(Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, all providers use this to whitelist senders.)
📌 3. Create a Filter / Rule
Tell your email service to ALWAYS keep it in your inbox.
Gmail
- Click the gear (Settings)
- Go to See all settings
- Click Filters and Blocked Addresses
- Create a New Filter
- Enter the sender’s email
- Click Never send to Spam
Outlook
- Settings → Mail → Rules
- Add a rule:
- “From: [email]” → Move to Inbox
Yahoo
- Settings → Filters
- Add a filter with the sender’s email
- Choose Inbox as the destination
📌 4. Check for “Promotions” or “Updates” (Gmail Only)
Sometimes the email isn’t in spam — it’s in another tab.
- Drag the email to Primary
- Click “Yes” when Gmail asks if this should always apply.
